Pharmacy & home care
King Medical Arts
A pharmacy with a home health-care arm, structured so two very different visitors can each find their half.

The brief.
This business serves two people who have almost nothing in common: someone transferring their own prescription, and a family arranging care for a relative who cannot arrange it themselves. They arrive in different states of mind, on different timelines, and each one can get lost inside the other's content. Most sites in this position bury the smaller service and quietly lose it.
How it was decided
Three calls that shaped the site.
Two audiences, split at the top level
Pharmacy and home health care are peers in the navigation, not parent and child. Nesting one inside the other tells the visitor which of them the business considers secondary.
Consultations as the bridge
The one service both audiences want is a conversation with a pharmacist. Placing it where the two paths meet gives either visitor a next step that is not a form.
Softer than a pharmacy usually gets
Arranging home care for a parent is a family decision made under stress, not a transaction. A cooler, lighter palette than the clinical default suits both halves without making the pharmacy side feel unserious.
What the build included.
- Two-audience information architecture
- Prescription transfer flow
- Home health care service pages
- Consultation booking
- Responsive across phone, tablet and desktop
More real work.
