Terms of service

Plain-language terms covering what Quickxify delivers, how long it takes and what each side is responsible for.

Draft template. This page is placeholder wording for the Quickxify launch and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Replace it with policies checked against the rules of the jurisdiction you operate in before taking payments.

1. What you are ordering

Quickxify designs and builds websites for small businesses. Three packages are offered: Starter ($499) covers one page with up to six content sections; Business ($899) covers up to three pages and adds a gallery, menu or price list, a map, opening hours and a booking or enquiry link; Growth ($1,499) covers up to six pages and includes copywriting for three of them. Every package includes responsive layouts, a contact form, tap-to-call, basic on-page SEO setup, social links, domain connection assistance and fourteen days of launch support.

Starter and Business include two revision rounds; Growth includes three.

Anything outside the package you order — extra pages, e-commerce, bookings, integrations, copywriting, logo work — is an add-on. Add-on prices are published on the website and are confirmed in writing before work begins.

2. Delivery timing

Delivery is two business days, counted from the point at which Quickxify confirms in writing that your content is complete. That confirmation is what starts the clock — not the date you place your order, and not the date you send a partial set of materials.

If Quickxify confirms your content is complete and then fails to deliver within two business days, you do not pay for the build. That is the guarantee stated on the website, and it applies to the package price. Add-ons already delivered, and third-party costs such as domain registration, are excluded.

The guarantee does not apply where the delay is caused by something outside Quickxify's control: content that turns out to be incomplete or unusable, changes to scope after the clock starts, delayed feedback or approvals from you, or third-party services and registrars. In those cases the clock pauses and a new date is agreed in writing.

3. Your content and rights

You are responsible for having the right to use every logo, photograph, trademark and piece of text you send. Do not send material you do not own or have a licence for.

You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to order work on behalf of the business named in your request.

4. Revisions

A revision round means one consolidated list of changes, sent within five business days of receiving your preview, applied in a single pass. Comments sent piecemeal after a round has been applied count towards the next round.

Starter and Business include two rounds; Growth includes three. Additional rounds are $99 each and can be added at any point.

A revision means refining the delivered design and content. A change of direction — a different concept, a new brand, a substantially different structure — is new work and is quoted separately.

5. Payment

Nothing is charged to enquire or to receive a quote. Once scope is agreed, payment is 50% to start and 50% on your approval of the finished site. The site is published to your domain after the final payment clears.

Package and add-on prices are published on the website. The figure for your project is confirmed in writing before any work begins and does not change unless you ask for something outside that scope.

Hosting, domain registration and third-party service fees are not included and are paid by you directly to those providers, unless you take the monthly care plan. The care plan is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

6. Ownership

Once the project is paid in full, the delivered website, its content and its design are yours. Quickxify keeps the right to describe the work and show it as a portfolio example unless you ask in writing for it not to be shown.

Third-party components, fonts and services remain under their own licences.

7. Limits of responsibility

Quickxify is not responsible for outcomes outside its control, including hosting outages, domain registrar issues, third-party service changes, or business results such as traffic, rankings or revenue.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The version that applies to your project is the one in effect on the date your order is confirmed.
