Privacy notice
A short, honest summary of what Quickxify collects when you ask for a website, and what happens to it.
Draft template. This page is placeholder wording for the Quickxify launch and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Replace it with policies checked against the rules of the jurisdiction you operate in before taking payments.
What we collect
When you complete the order form we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, email address, phone number, industry, website requirements, brand information, any text you paste and any files you upload.
We do not ask for payment card details through this website.
Why we collect it
Your answers are used to prepare a quote, build your website and reply to your request. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it is stored
Form answers are saved in your own browser as you type, so you can leave and come back without losing progress. Clearing your browser data removes that copy.
When a submission backend is connected, your answers are transmitted to the service configured for this deployment — for example an email provider or a database. Until one is connected, submissions are not stored at all and the form tells you so.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted once they are no longer needed. Project records are kept as long as required for accounting and support purposes.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party tracking scripts. If analytics are added later, this notice will be updated to name the provider and explain the choice you have.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond.
