Medical clinic
B.O.S.S. Med Clinic
A rapid-access addiction medicine clinic across several locations, led by how quickly a patient can be seen.

The brief.
Someone reaching this site is often in crisis or acting for a family member who is. Two questions matter and nothing else does: how soon can I be seen, and where. A clinic website that answers those on the third page has already lost people who needed the first one. There is a second constraint that is easy to miss — the design cannot make a patient feel judged for being there.
How it was decided
Three calls that shaped the site.
Lead with the wait, not the credentials
Care within 24 hours is the decision being made, so it is the headline. Qualifications matter enormously and still belong further down, because they are what reassures someone who has already decided to come.
Locations as a top-level section
Several sites means "which one is near me" has to be answerable without a phone call. Treating locations as a peer of services rather than a footer detail is what makes the multi-site model usable.
Calm and clinical, deliberately unembarrassing
No stock photography of despair, no language that frames the patient as a problem. Clinical blues, plain sentences, and the same tone a good receptionist uses.
What the build included.
- Appointment booking as the primary action
- Multi-location structure
- Services and patient resources
- Plain-language content throughout
- Responsive across phone, tablet and desktop
More real work.
