Travel agency
FlyUp Line
A flight booking agency whose entire business is the quote request, so every page is built to reach that form.

The brief.
Nothing on this site earns anything except a submitted quote request. That makes the design problem unusually clean and unusually unforgiving: every page has exactly one job, and any element that does not move someone toward the form is costing money. The harder half is that travel enquiries have a trust problem — people abandon them because they do not know whether a human will reply.
How it was decided
Three calls that shaped the site.
One action, repeated everywhere
Request a quote is the only call to action on the site. Competing buttons split attention, and on a single-conversion business there is nothing to split it with.
Name the response time out loud
A stated 24-hour response removes the main reason travel forms get abandoned. An unanswered question about whether anyone is listening is answered before it is asked.
Destination content as evidence, not filler
Guides to the routes actually sold demonstrate that the agency knows them. It is the cheapest available substitute for a reputation a new site has not built yet.
What the build included.
- Quote request form as the single conversion point
- Stated response-time commitment
- Destination guides
- Dark hero with one accent colour
- Responsive across phone, tablet and desktop
More real work.
